The TBS spring show early this June was no doubt one of the most successful we have had in some time, if for no other reasons than that the crowds were excellent, and member participation was great. One of the new things we tried this year was the work table along the side of the main exhibits. Here members were encouraged to bring trees to work on during the show, and to answer questions from visitors who were truly intrigued by the styling process. Below you will see a series of images that show the transformations that took place during the two day event: on the left you see the trees as they looked when first delivered to the show on Saturday, and on the right, the same trees after styling. Changes are quite drastic and effective in most cases. The show's visitors truly enjoyed this aspect of our exhibition. |
