Repotting In Japan ... Some Corrections

I do not want to over-emphasize the following corrections to a series of my articles published in The Journal in early 2003. However, I think the record should be made accurate.
Upon re-reading the articles, Mr. Nakamura noted a number points that were inaccurate.
1. I wrote that there were separate female and male hornbeam trees: both sexes are on the one tree not separate trees.
2. The massaging of foliage to encourage shorter growth can only be done to Juniperus chinensis.
3. I said that Mr. Nakamura did not apply cut paste to a large pruning cut made on a camellia. Mr. Nakamura said he always uses cut paste on large pruning cuts.
4. To clarify one last point, after the galls were removed from a tree that was being repotted and then soaked in Agrimycin, the plant could then be potted in bonsai soil.
