TBS Members Sales Area

Procedures have changed. Please read through all the instructions.

REGISTRATION

STEP 1

Click here to register.
DEADLINE
Sunday, October 9

You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your online sales sheet.

There is no option to reserve a specific number of tables, but we will have more space than at the last show, since professional vendors will be set up in a different area.


STEP 2

Fill in your sales sheet.
DEADLINE Wednesday, October 12

Click on the link in the confirmation email, then on the tab with the your initials (at the bottom of the Google Sheet).

Fill in all the information required, including your contact information and your preferred method of disbursement.

This email will provide you with unique initials if multiple members have the same ones.

ONE INDIVIDUAL ITEM PER LINE.
Do not group multiple items on one line.


STEP 3

Label your items.

Make sure each item is individually labelled. Each label must match your sales sheet and contain the following information:

  • Item Code
    (provided initials + item number)

  • Short description

  • Price

IMPORTANT

  • Label you items before you bring them in on Friday or Saturday morning.

  • Use labels that won’t fall off.

  • We will not accept unlabelled items.

  • Labels must match sales sheets.


STEP 4

Set up your items in the Sales Area.
Friday, October 15 & Saturday, October 16

Bring your items to the Studios (upstairs) at the Toronto Botanical Garden. A volunteer will help you with your table(s) and verify that your items are labelled properly and match your sales sheet.

SALES AREA REQUIREMENTS

VOLUNTEERING IN SALES AREA
TBS Members who sell items in the sales area are required to volunteer time in the sales area. The more you’re selling, the more we ask that you volunteer your time.

SALES PERCENTAGE TO THE TBS
As this is a fundraising event, the TBS keeps 10% of all sales. If a member who is selling items does not volunteer time in the sales area, the TBS reserves the right to keep 20%.

SALES AREA SCHEDULE

Friday, October 14

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Sales Area and checkout set up.

2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Bring in your sales items to the Sales Area (Studios 1, 2, 3).
Verify your sales sheets.

Saturday, October 15

7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Bring in your sales items to the Sales Area (Studios 1, 2, 3).
Verify your sales sheets.

10:00 AM - 10:30 AM
Early bird access for Friday and Saturday AM volunteers ONLY.

Early access for all TBS Members.

11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sales area open to public.
